Rubber extrusion molding (continuous vulcanization) is considered very difficult for molding materials with low hardness because it shapes and cross-links the material in a non-pressurized state, unlike compression molding and other methods. Our "Functional Rubber Series - Low Hardness" achieves a low hardness of 15° using EPDM solid while maintaining the processing conditions during extrusion molding.
